valintiens day

sorry it took so long to post our valintiens day pictures our computer was having problems so we bought a new one with our tax return. so now I can post again.

We had a great dinner. Alan ordered my favorite chinese food and we brought it home because Teancum was asleep in his room and we were the only ones home (for the first time since we have moved in). Alan bought me the most thoughtful gifts. One is a statue of a husband and wife dancing and the other is a ring that is a heart with the sign for I love you in it. I love it and am very happy with his choice in gifts. I gave him "the gift of music" as he called it. It was an itunes gift card and he was very happy with it.

Today Teancum and I stayed in our Jammie's and played Trains and colored Valentines day pictures. We have had so much fun. the first picture is of Teancum with his Aunt Britney out in the snow a couple of days ago. Teancum has been so silly I wish I always had a camera handy to capture all the funny things he says and dose. Yesterday Alan's Parents were in town for a few hours and we took them to the Dinosaur Museum they really enjoyed themselves. Teancum Loves dinosaurs and was so excited to be at the Museum. His Grandparent bought him a cute dinosaur shirt and hat that glow in the dark and he loves them he wore them the rest of the day. We bought him a book called diggin for Dinosaurs and we have read it to him enough times that he can tell you what is happening in it before you say anything. Teancum has been very into books lately and loves our trips to the library. He makes everyone read the same book to him before he moves on to another one and starts all over again. He likes it best when his Grandpa Reads to him and he asks him to the second he sits down. He amazes me every day by how smart he is. He asks so many questions that it is a wonder he has any questions left to ask.

Alan and I went to the Vernal Temple today. It was so great to be in the house of the Lord. It has been far to long since we attended last. It was a great experience and we hope to attend once a week. Teancum Stayed with my mom and dad while we were gone and he had so much fun with his grandpa. We hope to go to cedar this weekend if the weather holds out. I hope it dose I want to see everyone there we miss you all so much. well I will post more later.

Sorry I know it has been a long time since I have updated my blog. There is no excuse except pure laziness. So as you can see in these pictures I am currently a Brunette and I love it. except for the fact that I can no longer go a day without make up because I have Blondie eyebrows and eyelashes. So I have to wear makeup but that is Ok. Teancum is changing every day. He is getting so tall I can't believe it. Alan's job has been going slowly because of the bad weather but it is sure to pick up soon. I am working at the office helping out their secretary with some filing and some shredding (that is my favorite). We are settling in nicely we have really enjoyed Vernal. We miss all of our Friends and family in Cedar and hope the weather clears soon so we can go visit. well it is very late and I should be in bed so this is it for now I will try to post soon we love you all.

Special visitor

We had a very special visitor come to our house this last week.  Santa and his wife took time out of their very busy lives to visit some good little boys at our house.  Teancum was so excited (hopefully the video will work) He didn't quite know what to do but he knew he was supposed to sit on his lap.  It was so much fun the boys loved it.  Merry Christmas everyone.

My big (well older) sister Shelley is here with her two kids they are staying until Christmas and it is so much fun to have them. Teancum and Nikolas are the best of friends and are always hanging out together. Kaleb and I have been having a lot of fun playing mario brothers 3 on the wii he wants me to practice up so I can beat Alan. That will never happen no matter how much I practice Alan is very good at it. We are getting very excited for Christmas and seeing all of our Family. The weather is very cold but Alan is still able to work so that is a blessing. The snow has made it seem a lot like Christmas I can't believe it is only a little over a week away I hope we are prepared.

Christmas at our new house (a.k.a my parents)

It is Christmas time once again and we are settling in nicely at my parents. Teancum is enjoying all of the decorations he loves to look at the lights. We had our ward party a few days ago and he got to see Santa he was a little confused as to what he was supposed to do but he didn't cry and he said thank you when he gave him a treat. So it went well in my book.
Teancum is adjusting well except he keeps asking where everyone is all the time "where did Dad go" "where did Grandpa go" and so on all day every day even though the answer is always the same "he went to work". Yesterday he asked "where Kris go" I said Grandma Kris is at home. Then he said "where Cherene" I said she is home too. He misses his Grandmas very much he didn't understand why they weren't with us like his other Grandparents are. He has been asking me all day where they are and the answer makes me sad. They are in Cedar and we miss them very much. I can't wait until we can go see them after Christmas.
We are going Christmas shopping in Provo this weekend and I am very excited I love shopping for others it is so much fun. I hope we can get all of the things we need so we don't have to go down the canyon again until after Christmas. My sister Shelley and her two boys are coming on Sunday and they are staying until Christmas. Teancum is going to love having Niko around to play with. I can't wait for Christmas it is so fun to be with family and share in there love. We want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
